About this Nominee
School of Rock is the premier performance-based music education provider in the Walnut Creek area. For kids 7-18, we offer a twice a week program that combines a one on one private lesson and one group band rehearsal, and we cap each season off with an amazing show at a real music venue. We provide the full rock band experience to a broad range of students, from those who've never touched an instrument all the way through to experienced shred meisters. To top it all off, our fun, friendly atmosphere makes for a program that numerous parents have told is the best thing their kids have ever done. We start everyone off with a free half hour trial lesson, so come and check us out!
