About this Nominee
I help leaders clear the invisible weight that can drain their capacity, cloud their clarity, and pull them out of alignment—so they can lead, create, and contribute from a place of greater energy, possibility, and impact.
I spent years solving complex problems by looking at systems and figuring out what didn't fit. Now I do the same thing with leaders.
Except sometimes the answer isn't to fix the system. Sometimes the answer is to admit that something no longer fits—and decide what's next.
