I’m Michelle Muniz, a proud mom of three, nurse practitioner, and the founder of M&Co. Skin Clinic. Family means everything to me, and that same sense of care and intention is at the heart of how I treat every client who walks through my doors. 💛

I’ve been in medical aesthetics for 10 years and in nursing for 17 years. My journey began in acute care at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center, John Muir, and UCSF, where I gained invaluable clinical experience before ultimately following my passion for aesthetics and wellness.

When I created M&Co., I wanted to offer a different approach to medical aesthetics—one rooted in honesty, ethics, and thoughtful, natural-looking results. I believe in being conservative with treatments, truly listening to my clients, and never recommending something simply because we can do it. My goal is always to enhance what’s already beautiful while helping you look refreshed, confident, and still completely like yourself.

I’m also passionate about continuing my education and staying current with the latest advancements, evidence, and safest techniques so I can provide the highest level of care to my clients.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me traveling or spending quality time with my family—the things that keep me grounded and remind me what matters most.
